I can understand why they decided to post their review as "anonymous". The experience of hosting them was one of the most surreal we have experienced after 8 years in this business. First of all, they never mentioned to us about any cockroaches during their stay, so I find it strange they would suddenly write it in the review as a retaliation.It was our mistake that the maids was not notified about preparing extra bed for their children, but we sent our maid immediately with additional sheets and blankets.They write in the review that the area "was among bars and discos and very deserted". This sentence contradict itself. It can only be "deserted" or among bars and discos. It cannot be both at the same time. I hope people who read that review can use their own judgement.They wanted partial refund and claimed in their own writing that "a prostitute is having sex right outside their bedroom window". An extraordinary claim requires extraordinary proof. When I asked how they know it's a prostitute, they replied that they are hearing sound of people having sex all day 24/7, so in their opinion, it can only be a prostitute. I then asked which house is it coming from, they replied they don't know where the sound is coming from. Now I was getting confused, because they initially said a prostitute was having sex right outside their bedroom window, but now they admit they don't really know where this sound is coming from.Then they sent us a recording and we let several people listen to the recording and asked them without telling any context, what they think this sound is. Everybody said it's the sound of a female cat in heat.So I told them we cannot refund because of a sound of a cat! One must have very vivid fantasy to interpret the sound of a cat as somebody having sex. And on top of it, to claim that it must be a prostitute! In fact, their correspondence with us was starting to become very bizarre and they would contradict their own previous statements, like you can read in the above review.I hope anyone who reads this review and my response to it can use their own judgement.
