Nice concept but badly maintained..Need major refurbishing..food so so only..condition of quality needs major upgrade for the price of room..service from front desk is good! Too much mosquitoes in the room and Serounding of environment..

1 night at Duyong Marina Resort

We stayed for a night at the Chalet Serambi. Externally the facilities looks okay but inside were terrible. Our room was poorly maintained, aircond unit was noisy, the bedsheet was not clean, iron is broken, in summary the facilities need to be upgraded and refurbished. Not worth of 5 star hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at the resort, it was low season so not many other guests for a rather large looking resort. The hotel staff were friendly but many didn’t speak English and not accustomed to servicing international travellers. The room was ok but bathroom was really rundown and not very clean. The overall resort is old and could use a refresh.

WORST HOTEL EVER. THE ROOM IS SUPER DUSTY. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURE. THEY EVEN HAVE FINGERPRINTS ON THE SLIDING DOOR. THE SWITCH IS BROKEN. THE AIRCOND TOOK SO LONG TO COOL. THE ROOM SERVICE FOOD IS ALSO TERRIBLE. NOT SATISFY FROM THE BEGINNING. WE ARRIVED 1 HOUR EARLY (2PM), THEY SAID THE HOTEL IS FULL. NEED TO WAIT 3PM. NO EARLY CHECK IN ALLOWED. SHARP 3 PM I WAITED AT THE RECEPTION, AND SAW THEY KEY IS ALREADY THERE (PERHAPS ALREADY THERE 15 MINS EARLIER) BUT NO ONE CARE TO CALL ME. THE HOTEL IS OLD AND NEED TO BE RESTORE. 100% NOT SAME AS PER PICTURE. PICTURE DO LIE! ANGRY & UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER OVER HERE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR COME BACK! WORSE!

Le site est beau Mais établissement très mal entretenu . Nous avons réservés pour une suite de luxe,malheure nous avons dû faire changer car les clim rejetées de l'eau sans oublier casser pour les 2 chambres. Les douches, baignoire et WC horrible est avec des disfonctionnement. Pour la suite royal, a notre surprise le ménage fût très effroyable exemple une lentille est restée au sol 3 jours. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées et pour les papiers toilettes, il a fallut que j'en prenne une sur le chariot du ménage. Les photos sur votre site ne reflète pas la réalité car un place c'est un cauchemar. La piscine je vous laisse le plaisir de deviner. Dommage car son emplacement est beau.

Leider sehr schlechter Zustand, vieles Defekt an der Infrastruktur, im Zimmer und der Reception, schade und unglaublich! Aber am schlimmsten war das Zimmer, noch nie in einem so schmutzigen Zimmer gewesen!! Dazu unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, also nie wieder! Um 18 Uhr wollten wir ins Zimmer, Warnlicht bereit und mussten noch eine halbe Stunde warten, dazu bis 22 Uhr keine Handtücher....
