"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"We found the location to be fantastic; it was great to be within walking distance of two subway lines as well as lots of great restaurants. We felt safe and it was quiet. The only difficulty we had was the safety exit signs which were very bright for sleeping - we recommend guests bring sleep masks for this reason."

"This was one of the favorite places My family enjoyed. We loved the pandas everywhere, from the station to the hotel, and everywhere in the room. The giant panda was a favorite, it was fun for everyone to play on. The atmosphere was very pleasant and let the kids feel like they could play, which is a little difficult outside. "Hotel was very hard to find. The cab driver circled for about 10 mins before finding it. Check in directions were unclear. Thankfully we had someone who spoke japanese willing to call the hotel and translate "

"Customer service is zero. I never got entry code in time. Very hard to get location on google. Property did not provide the exact location chart. Ir is extremely hard to get in touch with the property owner. "
