I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Aloft. Wow, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous. The shower especially has some of the best water pressure I've ever had in Bali, I didn't want to get out. Love the little touches that make it feel really special, like the icey treat on arrival- this made my young son very happy from the get go. By and far the most amazing part of the stay was breakfast. It was a spread like I'd never imagined in my wildest dreams, the dining area was also truly beautiful. I would be truly surprised if there were a person out there that wasn't impressed by this breakfast. Ari Novita was one of our servers, and she was such a treat, so kind and helpful. The cherry on top of our stay at Aloft. Thank you Ari!

The location was good for what we needed. The room was clean and modern. The lobby was great for kids and had good food and drink options. The staff was great. The pool was also nice. One thing to note about the area is that the shopping plaza doesn't open til 10AM and they won't let you cut through, which means that you have to walk all the way around the entire complex to go to the Social Club for breakfast, which I highly recommend. I would recommend this place and would consider it again for future stays.

The Aloft is in the center of Kuta shopping area. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants in the mall. Also a big supermarket in the basement . Abstwill stay there again

Excellent place for holiday
Overall was great. Location is excellent- right beside beachwalk shopping mall. The only down side is, we can't seem to be able to adjust the temperature of the air condition in the room. It seems to have it's own mind and keep showing 16c even when we adjusted to 25c.

The room was nice and modern. I didn’t stay long and the reception was open when I got in very late. I appreciated that. Staff was nice and friendly. I wish there was more information on the hotel amenities in the room. I had to go explore and they we’re great! Very lovely would recommend.

Nice new hotel, but not convenient
The hotel is very new and comes with a very young and chic vibe to it. The breakfast quality is very good, but not that much for variety. The hotel is situated on top of the shopping mall, and access to the hotel is mainly through the mall. After the mall's operating hours, it is a long dark unlit meandering walk just to get to the main street. Unfortunately for me, my room is also in the deepest end of the corridor. So it is always a 10-15mins walk from my room to the main street before going anywhere else. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean and crisp. The hotel still smells of fresh paint.

The hotel is brand new, bed is comfortable and linens are soft and clean. AC is central, throughout the building even the hallway. You don’t smell any humidity inside the building. Staffs were very friendly. Location is not street front. It’s behind the mall. But I didn’t mind the little walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Very near from the airport and under the walking distance from the big shoppimg centre, Beachwalk Bali. Staffs are very kine and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing and cost effective too!
