Comfortable, friendly, budget hotel. It's near a lot of shops, supermarkets and eateries. Cheap express or overnight laundry near hotel. Very convenient location. Shuttle was helpful to 2 shopping malls and 2 beaches. Breakfast was ok too.

Nice morning buffet with a wide variety of food. Unfortunately, the food didn’t agree with me and my daughter’s stomach. Needless to say, we made a great use of the lovely bathroom. The staff catered to our needs exceptionally and were also caring and friendly. The accomodation had a reasonable room space. All the facilities kept my family entertained during our stay!

I stayed here with my 3 children and myself. The staff were beautiful so helpful. My children loved the pool area they loved to feed the fish and turtles. We would just step out side and catch a cab or walk down the road to the markets. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing and budget friendly

We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was great, many options for food including vegetarian. The pool was clean and not too deep either. The actual room was spacious however it could benefit from some renovation. Overall, amazing stay for the price.

Relaxing break

Fairly decent very friendly budget hotel. Rooms were spacious with tea making facilities. Reception fluent in English. One way shuttle was helpful in going to 3 beaches and 2 shopping malls at 10am and 2pm.Money changers everywhere in Kuta. Food easily available around hotel.

Staff were fantastic. Location is poor but that’s on me. I knew where it was when I booked it. Area around the hotel lacked much of anything and with the run down property we opted to abandon our stay there and book another hotel in a better spot.

Great location. The hotel is a little run down and could do with some upgrading. The bathroom tiles had mould on them and cracks. Beds werent very comfortable but the rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault the food. Good price for food and drinks. The pool was great. The rooms arent very sound proof so can be noisy at times.

Nice hotel, really good staff very helpful and attentive. The area around seems under construction so that makes going out after dark a bit creepy. Not easy to find transportation as it is on a busy road. Breakfast is average, not kid friendly. Only on the night 3 we realise we can ask for cereal-coco pop only, not anymore any kind and it’s only for kids under 10 and one only. Wouldn’t stay with kids.

Generally ok. Let down by area, had to pay for the airport shuttle (I’m sure I read if you spend over $250 it’s free!), no local within 5km radius shuttle as advertised, beach shuttle only and when I asked to use it ‘there was no driver so it’s not going’ room was ok. Smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, then air conditioner stopped working and only circulated room air. Pool ok. Area around pool not great. No room to move about. Majority of staff amazing and very helpful. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap enough.

Not as nice as the pictures

My family and I staying in a family room with Twin beds pushed together and bunk beds. There were no windows in the room so it was like a cave. The room service was ok, when they cleaned the room they just made the bed and did basic clean of the bathroom. They didn't clean the floor and forgot to give us towels and TP a couple times. It was nice that there was a gym, a small playground and playroom for the kids. However the playroom had a smell of rat poop and the toys including the ball pit were dirty and not well cared for. Both of my small children got fevers right after playing in the playroom and we didn't go back there. The out door play ground was ok, but very dirty, my kids clothes were stained black from playing there a short time. The breakfast buffet was just ok, the only thing that stood out was the Indian food options they had, but there was only a couple of them. The pool was ok and there are a few swim up bar stools. The room service menu had more options than the previous hotel we stayed that the food was good. The only other complaint we had was a few of the nights there were people and children running the halls and screaming between 12am and 2am and we had to call security to complain multiple times. But it was a decent hotel for only $55 a night.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean enough although not much room around the pool. Breakfast was good.

Great local buffet service

The hotel needs updating but was clean and good value for a budget stay. The best part is the buffet service in the morning- I was thrilled and experienced like a Hawaiian luau with many choices. If you are on a budget, this is the place to go.

It was ok, average. Pretty confused, as I thought it was near a ‘park’ as in Kuta Central Park Hotel - but it’s actually Kuta’s Central CAR PARK !

Room 132, airco is not blowing cool air as it should. A lot of stains in all the towels. Looked like some kind of fungus between the shower tiles
