Smelly bathroom

My score 2 out of 10. Due to delayed flights I arrived around 01.30am. Check in was quick and friendly. My room was 304 and was nicely made up with Airy Rooms cushions and materials. However, on opening the bathroom door the air was rank! The most disgusting bathroom smell I have ever encountered in a hotel bathroom. It struck me as ironic that an Airy Room could be so smelly. Fortunately the bathroom door did contain the smell, so I was able to sleep OK. A litre of bleach or industrial strength disinfectant may disguise the disgusting smell. On waking there was no running water in the toilet, basin or shower until 11.30am. The receptionist did not seem to care or do anything about it when other occupants and I complained at 9.00am. I think looking at past reviews for this hotel they are meaningless. Someone complained about poor WiFi but said Excellent and a score of 10. Come on; give accurate reviews or don't bother.

快適だった

クタの中心からは遠いが、空港からは歩いていける距離。近くにコンビニや食べる所もある。 スタンダードに泊まったが、部屋は割と広い。照明も程よい明るさ。テレビはＮＨＫも映った。シャワーの水圧も良かった。冷蔵庫は無かった。 宿泊代からしたらとても快適だった。

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Hôtel situé à une quinzaine minutes à pied de la plage de Kuta et de tous ses centres commerciaux. En plus de ses installations confortables l'hôtel offre une sérénité et tranquillité toute balinaise. On ne se croirait pas si proche de l'intense activité de Kuta. Tout le personnel est d'une gentillesse exemplaire.

Owner & employees have great hospitality . Staff always gave me smile & made my room clean every day . When I wanted to go to the hospital , owner took me to there by car . Staff also took me to the beach by bike for free when I go to there . I could negotiate with them about accomodation price when I extend more . Location is quiet area . 30 mins walking to the beach , you can find plenty of restaurant around here . I wanna really stay again . オーナーやスタッフはとても親切でホスピタリティに溢れるホテルでした。最近オーナーが変わったばかりで（確か一年以内）、このオーナーがとても気遣いができます。小さな変化にも気づき、なんでも気さくに声かけてくれます。私が足を怪我した時に少し遠い病院へ行く際、タクシーよりもだいぶ割安な料金で提供してくれ連れて行ってくれました。また宿泊延長の際にも、快く料金値下げに応じてくれました。 部屋は改装したばかりの綺麗な部屋。ビーチからやや離れますが、それを補えるほどのコスパに優れた快適な宿泊でした。

離鬧區很近的住宿~比價性高

入住飯店設施普普通通 但一反應門鎖的問題就獲得立即的改善 還有員工非常的熱心~詢問他哪裡有不錯的按摩店 二話不說就開車帶我們去 又帶我們去當地的商店 完全不收錢 也不讓付停車費~我最後一天生病了 還拿白樹油給我擦 又給我喝類似枇杷膏的東西 也是完全不收我的錢 整個就是太熱心了~讓我備感溫暖~很感謝妳們!!!!!!

男性のスタッフが最低。

部屋は値段相応。しかし、男性スタッフが最低。前日に、次の日の朝の6時にチェックアウトすることと、空港までのタクシーを依頼。その時間にフロントにスタッフが居ることと、タクシーを呼んでおくと男性スタッフは言っていたにも関わらず当日、スタッフは居ないしタクシーは来ないしで慌てて駆け足で空港に向かいました。幸運にも、途中洗車していたインドネシア人に送ってもらいギリギリセーフでチェックインできました。特に早朝にチェックアウトする方にはお勧めできないホテルです。

3階のファンの部屋を借りました、 シャワーの水圧が弱いのとさすがに昼間は暑い Wihiは今やってる朝の8時だとまあまあですが他の時間はブツ切れます 部屋だとブツ切れるので他の人に習ってベランダで とにかく場所がいいです 海岸まで歩いて5分ちょいレギャンまで7・8分

Har bott 3 år på Bali och nu på Java. Hotelet har bra läge i Kuta. Nära allt så man kan inte klaga på hotelet s läge. Stortrivs med hotelet och även med frukosten. Återkommer till hotelet när jag åker till Bali. Ett stort + är priset med det läget

Very nice hotel, recommended!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and everything was perfect, I have not a single bad thing to say, the staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is included and brought even to your room, the price is amazingly low if you book in advance. Simply great, thank you! PS: just don't let the airport taxi drivers trick you, the hotel is maybe 10-15 mins. from the airport so you should pay max. 50K for taxi fare

Great hotel on a budget!

This hotel is fantastic if your looking for a quick stay on a budget. The hotel staff are lovely and even bring breakfast to you in the room! Its not anything flash as theres no pool and its not on the main strip but it has everything you need and its clean and cheap. Its not overly central but its only about a 10-15 minute walk to waterbom park and some great restaurants. I would recommend this hotel if your just after a quick stay in Bali.

Priceworthy!

I stayed at Hotel Sapta for 4 nights and was overall satisfied with my stay. The rooms are comfortable and the location with less 10min walk to Kuta Beach is a big plus. Only bad experience is the breakfast that is unfortunetaly not eadible. For only 20$/night this is a excellent choice!

Good value & close to airport.

Stayed here overnight on 4th August, 2013 before heading off to the east coast. I was impressed by the proximity to the airport, anyone of reasonable fitness could walk there actually! Staff were very nice & helpful, they even brought us breakfast in bed. Room was pretty clean & in decent condition, especially for the price payed per night. Shopping for essentials was easily done on foot. I would stay here again without hesitation, and recommend it to anyone on a budget & wanting a room close to the airport. Many thanks to the kind staff too!

A splendid trip!

Me and my friend had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff was friendly. Room is clean whenever we came back from surfing. Don't expect too much staying in this hotel. Great thing about it shops are very accessible from toiletries to foods, massage. But not to the beach. Roughly 20-30 mins of walking. Depends on your pase. Rent a bike is way easier and cheap too. Will come back to this hotel again. :)
