"Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! Fantastic location that was out of the busyness of the main districts but in close walking proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, places for coffee and breakfast, and of course the castle and the imperial palace grounds. Great rooms - such a fantastic size for Japan, which was great for our crawling ten month old who wanted to crawl and pull himself up on everything. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again."

"This was one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The beds were really nice and the set up was perfect for a family. So much space and a great location."
