I love this hotel! This is my second time staying here. The service is great! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the wifi is great! The location is also convenient from the Kyoto station or to walk to Nishiki Market or Gion. The breakfast is the best part: fast service and absolutely delicious food!

A nice quiet hotel that’s out of the way from traffic and noise. The staff made check in and check out easy, even helping me out with figuring out where the amenities are. The room was also clean and not too cramped.

Not expensive, rooms cleaned daily, rooms have AC and daily amenities, and the staff speak English. There is a breakfast option, which is recommended since most places in the area don't open till 11.

We loved our stay in APA! this is literally 5 min away from the Kyoto station which is the main station for the shinkansen stop. Very convenient! The breakfast is an authentic Japanese food. It's delicious! The staff spoke English really well. They are very friendly and very attentive. Amazing staff! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to check in the room was clean. It’s very close to the train station which is the main reason for choosing this hotel. The bathroom is small but has everything you need. The room layout makes the most of the space.
