Across the street from train station and metro, absolutely golden location. Laundry on site and also nearby, excellent spot for a home base to day trip from - loved this hotel.

The location is perfect for those who will go to places by trains or buses because it is right across the Kyoto train station. We love that they open the breakfast area for guests to help themselves with water, tea, etc. you could even get convenient store food/snack and eat there. We enjoyed our stay there.

Location is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Everything was good. The breakfast buffet is worth getting. Our room with 3 beds was clean and big enough but lacked hanging spots for 3 travellers. Staff was helpful. If location is a primary factor, it doesn't get much better. Many great dining options in the station or nearby.

One of the best places near the Kyoto train station, room in good shape, clean place and amazing front desk team. Went to summer season, it was the best room with air conditioning and view to the Main Street Rate 10 out 10

It is an A+ location, convenient just in front of the station that allows you to move easy around the city. Breakfast is pricey but they also serve fish, so if your diet includes fish for breakfast go for it else, the station have nice cafe’s around.
