The room, although small was extremely clean with complete amenities. The staff at the check-in office was friendly and helpful. Resi Stay Kuon is very near to the shopping district and only 3 minutes walk to Nishiki Market. So glad Family Mart is literally across the street from the hotel's entrance. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at RESI STAY KUON in Kyoto. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond. We used luggage transfer service from our previous stay and they made the whole process very easy. Our bags were delivered without any issues. Their free shuttle starts at 3 PM but we arrived much earlier and did not get to use it. Even then they kindly allowed us an early check in which we really appreciated after traveling. The room was perfect for our group of four. The beds were a bit on the firm side but most beds in Japan have been that way for us so it was not a surprise. The location was great and checkout was very simple. They also have a room where you can leave your luggage after checking out which was extremely helpful. Overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay and we highly recommend it.

Room was good. Very convenient location. The only problem, check in is at a different location which was slightly inconvenient especially traveling with a big family. But the staff is great and honestly made it easy. And they do have a shuttle bus back to your hotel so that was nice.
