"The beds and pillows were very comfortable and shower was great. The location was excellent!! Took a star off as the carpet in the room looked stained and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacing, but they provide sandals for wear in the room. I would stay here again. "

"One of the bestest hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. We had a room with a private onsen attached. It was exceptionally well appointed and clean hotel. The views from the rooftop on Sun or exceptional. The staff even pointed out a private entrance that we could use to avoid traveling through the lobby. The room also came with a set of pajamas, plush robes, and yukatas. "

"The rooms and staff are amazing, so I plan on staying here again. The bathtubs with fizzy bubbles are kind of a gimmick, especially if you are used to strong jacuzzi’s. Really liked the room delivered breakfast (breakfast in bed!), but the “Western” breakfast has a strong Japanese influence to it. "

"I didn't use the kitchen however it looked like it had everything needed to use it. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and very hi tech. There were a few convenient stores close by and also walking distance to aYasaka Pagoda and Kenninji Temple. "
