"Nice hotel design . But most of the staff don’t speak English well. There are v few choice of food and the Japanese restaurant is not to par , the food is way overpriced . "I stayed at this hotel once last year. No problems at the desk then. This year the woman at the desk tried the whole "local police require us to photocopy the ID of all foreign guests" ruse which is not how the Minpaku and Hotel law works in Japan. I showed them the law which I have bookmarked on my phone and they relented. However, because of this embarrassing episode I will not be staying here again.
