"お盆の時期に2泊しました。 お部屋は清潔で、隅々まで掃除が行き届いており、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 アメニティは質の良いものか置いてあり、備え付けのパジャマも着心地が良かったです。 ベッドもちょうど良い硬さでよく眠れました。 朝食のビュッフェはどれも美味しく、満足のいくものでした。 どのスタッフの方も笑顔で親切な対応をして下さり、ホスピタリティの素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 また福岡に来たら、こちらに泊まりたいです。"

"Incredible hotel, for what was presumably an excellent deal. Note of clarification, the room was labelled as "NO VIEW", but we were still placed on the tenth floor and got a lovely view of the rear side of the hotel, with scenic greenery, and a nice contrast of classic and modern Kagoshima. Overall great experience; staff was lovely, plenty of facilities at and near the hotel, and some of them came at quite reasonable prices for more budget-minded people like myself.
