"This was a lovely property. Clean room with sufficient space for two light travelers. Breakfast offer a filling variety, just what was needed to start a day of exploration through Venice! Conveniently located to a vaporetto stop S. Toma and accessing the Piazzale Roma bus terminal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I’m excited to return again!"

"The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the ground floor was spacious for a family of four. We loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, and pots and pans. The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. "The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size."
