"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"Winzige Zimmer, Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, Eine Renovierung ist dringend notwendig! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auf gar keinen Fall. Zur Biennale kostet in Venedig alles mehr, aber ich habe die Zimmer von Freunden in einem anderen Hotel gesehen, da liegen Welten dazwischen!"

"Beautiful property, fit our family of 6 without any issue- very spacious. Excellent location as well - very walkable. 4 stars only for accessibility. Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. Same problem with check out day - you lose you ability to access the building so although you can leave your bags, you are locked out of the...

"I liked being greeted by staff like I was an old friend. They sat us comfortably in a cozy lobby area with drinks and warmth. To be honest until we got here I was not liking Italy at all. This hotel and staff was/is all the good stories I have heard about Italy. I liked it so much I changed our trip and extended our stay here in Venice another day.
