"No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. "

"Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. "Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. Trevlig restaurang med enkel men god mat. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam men de flesta talar bara spanska."

La camera ha un letto comodo un appendiabiti artigianale e un tavolo pieghevole con una sedia. La finestra da sull'interno ma si può chiudere con la tenda per la privacy, ci sono due ragazze che lavorano facendo check in e pulendo le camere, onore a loro. I bagni maschili erano puliti ma serve qualche intervento di sostituzione o pulizia del telefono delle docce. Sul tetto...

"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

"Perfectly ok for 1 night prior to cruise. Easy to find and easy to access using PIN code. Beware no reception in evening and NO lift. Room smelt musty and damp. Breakfast very poor. Very expensive for what you get. If I’m ever in need of a night stay in Tenerife again between north airport and cruise terminal I won’t stay here again."
