"Perfect location!"

"Floor was fairly dirty – stepping out of the shower my husband’s feet got muddy. They were out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There were no tissues. bare-bones room – the only saving grace was that we were there for just one night. No fan in the bathroom, no nightlight, you had the bathroom door in the way of the shower, the towels were very small, took forever to get hot water, and there were no hooks on the wall in the bathroom at all. Would not recommend except for convenience to...

"I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality."

"Check in is tricky but they explain thoroughly. Clean room and nice amenities."

"Hyatt has tried to put lipstick on a pig with this one. Pictures look waaay better than the actual product. Hotel interiors are dated, carpets need replacement, check in staff were going through the motions, and the breakfast with that mass produced omelettes was absolutely pathetic."
