"The heating was a problem- the room boiled at night because the thermostat was outside in main area - we had to open the windows in December to try and cool the room- every night ! The thermostat kept resetting itself … ugh The room too small for the bed and a real lack of electrical outlets "

"This hotel is such a treat to stay at. If at all possible, get a room with a kiva fireplace. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of Old Santa Fe and within walking distance of everything you need. The staff is attentive and professional, I even got a free upgrade unexpectedly for staying here in the past. This hotel has a nicer, smaller feel than the chain corporate hotels that you will love. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel."

"Given how close it is to the Plaza, we found this to be a quiet hotel. It was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Requesting a fridge and microwave helped as we had nice sitting area inside and out for snacks and light breakfast. We loved that area artists’ works were everywhere!"

"There was a lot of snow for three days over our five nights stay none of the steps were salted. None of the parking lots were shoveled or salted… The room we stayed in. There was long black hairs on the floors, limited towels, and the mattress needs to be replaced to completely sunk in the middle and was old and made sounds anytime you made a move at all… I’m very disappointed. I’ve stayed at Fort Marcy for the past decade and this was a review that I felt needed to be posted."

"The room was spacious and clean. The common living room and bar was wonderful and the restaurant dinner food was delicious. The furniture on the balcony in our room was worn out (ripped) but i assume that will be fixed for the warmer weather."
