"Very friendly and acommadating"

"From booking on line to checking out at the end of our stay, everything was excellent, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food was more than adequate, minor observation, the options on the set menus were a little limited, very tasty and fresh but a few more options wouldn’t go amiss. "The room was tiny. The bathroom was so tiny the door closed on the toilet as well as the shower room door. The beds were like water beds no support at all. I asked for a fan for the room and was no we don’t have any. When i asked for extra pillows i met with a sigh and told if i can find some i will get you some. The breakfast was all overcooked. I did ask if they had a room with different beds and was told all the beds are the same. On day 3 we had had no sleep and made the decision to go...

"Although the suite itself was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The lights in the room didn’t work properly, which was frustrating from the start. The door to the suite constantly rattled whenever the downstairs door opened and shut, and because of the lack of soundproofing you could hear every conversation from below.
