This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Be careful when staying at this hotel, because they may charge you for towels...

"Their Pictures fool you. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Every piece of metal in the room is rusted (lamps, locks, door handles). The room smelt musty/mouldy. The bed sheets were damp. The towels were dirty. The fridge inside was clean but outside and anywhere around the kitchen area surfaces were greasy. Black marks and dirt on the walls.
