"I was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and staff. The staff were nice and willing to work with us on our needs with our room. The Hotel is super convenient to all of the shops and dinning areas in the Tahoe City area. Great view of the lake and golf course. "Just here for one night. Room was huge at 1,100 sf. Very comfortable. Snow was bad and it was a Monday so the property was quiet, people were friendly, shops were great. Ice rink was active. Our room was clean and in good shape considering properties where there is a lot of outdoor activities including skiing, tend to get worn a little more than a regular hotel. You could see that this was a ski resort that was well maintained. "

"The property was lovely, suited our needs really well and was in a great location. I especially liked having a garage to park in. I also liked that the bedding looked nice in each room and wasn’t mismatched. Suggestions: Adding liquid body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers and maybe make a few extra bath towels available (if I am washing my hair, I need two towels and hubs still needs one). "We loved our time here. My 4 year old said "I want to stay here for trillion days!" He loved the bunkhouse, den area and all the board games. "Spacious and well laid at home. We had a great short family vacation. It was about two minutes from the ski resort. All the instructions were clear. Everything worked well and was clean. Beautiful location, surrounded by tall trees. One small thing, the large television in the living room did not have an HDMI input, so it was difficult to connect to the smart remote."
