"This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel."

"The heater/air conditioner was very loud and interferred with sleeping. Also, the television wasn't working properly, the audio and video went in and out regularly. But when I shared that with the front desk I was disappointed that they said it's a known problem there in the whole property. My concern is that they seemed to be nonchalant when I told them, didn't apologize, in any way, and didn't say that they were talking actions to resolve it. "

"Staff upgraded us to a Penthouse suite when we realized that the beds in the standard rooms were only Queen size beds. Standard room looks more like an apartment and bedroom was small with no TV in the room. Penthouse suite was beautiful though"

We got in at 2am from a flight with 3 young children, so heading out room wasn't available was hard. My room was equipped with a stove, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and minifridge/freezer, so it's a great travel option for families. "This is the second time I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Everyone here is extremely friendly and take care of their guests well. What stood out to me is the Manager in charge is always there to help out guests and his staff and always has a smile on his face. The hotel is undergoing renovation and I am looking forward to staying here again once that is done. Highly recommend."

This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it.
