"After paying to upgrade our room to the King Jacuzzi Suite, staff called late in the evening after we were moved in and settled for a three night stay, claiming an error and requiring additional payment. We worked it out, with us paying much more than originally presented. The room itself was very nice with everything we expected. Seating in the breakfast space was limited, though there was outdoor space also available."

"Checked in a room was full of fruit flies and didn’t switch rooms or reimburse us they just made us leave to spray something and our room smelled like chemicals. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Property appeared dated. Doors are dated, bathroom vanity old and chipped. You can hear noisy neighbours through the wall. Had to call front desk after 1am to ask them to ask them to keep it down. Took some time before noise subsided. Towels are not high quality. I’ve stayed at other Sandman hotel and this one did not meet the quality I expected."

"I am giving this hotel 3 stars because I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The balcony window in my room was completely covered by a tarp blocking the view and making the room feel dark and closed in. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Better communication about the renovations would have made the experience much better."
