"Neighbours kept us up very late up till 3:00 AM. Room had a musky smell. Bed was uncomfortable and blanket was thin. Bathroom wasn’t very nice either. Front desk lady was kind."

"I travel/commute for work and stay in a lot of hotels around the area. This was my first time staying here, and I loved it. The ground floor room made it convenient for me to take my work luggage in and out. The room was quiet, the beds were comfy, the AC was amazing, bathroom was clean including the bath tub. And breakfast had a great variety. It was close to the 427, grocery stores and malls. I’ve already booked my next two work trips there! "

"The staff was very helpful but the facility was not up to my standards. The bathtub was very slippery and the showerhead just ok. The breakfast was acceptable but somewhat pricey. The coffee was terrible. The warm chocolate chip cookies were great."

"The hallway was so noisy. The doors make a very loud noise when they close so we were constantly awakened throughout the night. We were also given a room right near the elevator which didn’t help. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The bedding was also nice."

"New hotel. Very fresh and modernized. Excellent location. Very comfortable. Needed help figuring out thermostat (need printed instructions), overnight parking was $33 including HST. Personally disappointed it's a cashless establishment. It's presumptuous and almost feels like ageism in a new world way. I understand it may result in less theft if no cash on premise.... No breakfast included like The Hampton beside it. Would I return, if under $200 per night all in...probably if nothing similar...
