"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Maui. The property is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The beach view was incredible, and the outdoor pool area made it easy to relax and enjoy the resort. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and great views all around. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Maui."

It is a bit dated but not unreasonably so and we felt it was a great value. The pools were heated and never overcrowded. The beach is lovely to look at but wasn't really swimmable due to rocks and there was a strong southern swell. There are plenty of other nearby beaches though. "Very convenient to access shop, dine and beach. The facility is very well maintained and kept clean. Many good people live and stay this facility. Quiet and wonderful view to both mountain and sea. Sunrise and sunset. Especially sunset was great. Wanted to stay longer."

"The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel clean. This was a return trip for us as we have enjoyed our stay in the past. The only negative is they seem to be charging excessive fees for everything. e.g. we ate at the hotel restaurant and were charged a kitchen fee because we ordered food. Never heard of or paid a kitchen fee on top of your meal price. Several other fees came up at checkout."
