"The room was gross! Glass on the floor, hairs on toilet seat, used bar soap and it smelled really bad. We ended up leaving."

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"I stay here everytime I go to Joshua Tree. The hotel is a great place to stay and very close to the park entrance. Check in is always super quick and the rooms are always super clean. I think they have a two night minimum when booking on Expedia as I can never get a room for just night, but on the trips whe I am staying multiple days this is the hotel I will always stay at!!"

"Everything was okay. A little pricey for the condition of the hotel. Close to groceries and other food. Water and coffee was always available in lobby. Breakfast was decent and refilled frequently. "

"It’s difficult to give this hotel a higher rating as we had to wait just under 2 hours for our room to be ready (after the check in time of 4pm). To be told 30 min and it taking 1hr 45min is not a great way to start the visit there. Otherwise the hotel room was lovely, the pool was refreshing, the hot tub was looking off color, and there wasn’t a coffee set up in the room (you had to pay for coffee in the lobby, that’s a first). "

"Near the park. They have 2 separated buildings so beware. We were in the second which is not the main, so we had to go to the main for anything we needed. Not very convenient. "

"This review is with such mixed emotions. The room was fantastic. The patio with the views of the Joshua Trees was incredible. The room had everything I needed except a typical coffee maker, only a French press included. My issue is check in and billing. You never get a human. It’s all through email or text however cell reception there is terrible. I was stranded for over an hour trying to decide how to get in. I went to the “office” only it’s not the rental office, it belongs to the other...

"This is my third time staying here and I love it every time. We have always lucked out with getting a room here when going to see a show at Pappy and Harriet’s. It’s the best way to do it. The rooms are always great and the staff if always very nice. I’ll definitely be staying here more."
