"Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming."

"The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and hospitable. The hotel is close to all the best sights like the London eye, Westminster Abbey, great restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to London in the future."

"This is a lovely hotel with high standards for cleanliness and service Breakfast was very good with as n excellent selection at the buffet. The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for short and long trips. The area is beautiful with views from the window of zing Ben and Parliament. Only negative is that it’s at least a 15 minute walk to the tube station"

"This place is lovely but not ideal for children or babies .. on checking in had a lovely chap who carried my pram up as in carried the baby but you wouldn’t want to do 3/4 floors of stairs too often as there’s no lift. The fridge in my room didn’t work although it had drinks in .. so babies milk and food at to go in the chefs fridge . "The location was on a quiet street, close to Victoria station. The owner, Nick, his wife and daughter, Emily were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my husband to keep his small mobile scooter in the lobby. There is an elevator, as well. The air conditioner worked well during the heat wave this summer. "I was looking for a place to stay within reach of the Royal College of Art's Battersea campus, and this seemed like a great choice. I originally needed to add an extra night to my reservation. While support at Expedia was very helpful, it wasn't possible to do so without cancelling my original booking. To avoid this, I booked the additional night directly with Charles Hope London.
