"We had an amazing time. We had a party of 5 and the Staff was extremely attentive: The spa was relaxing and exhilarating, entertainers at the pool were fun and enjoyable. Need a bit more restaurant selections (but the food was good ) and I suggest more speakers around the pool as there was only in one area during the day . "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was actually really good. I get chilaquiles almost every time it’s available on the menu and their take on it was really good. The beach is beautiful and the pool really clean as well as the property. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Cancun!"

"Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. "What a great deal! I expected to not have that great of a place due to the price but no, this place was great. Fun pool for the kids, great pool for the adults, nice private beach area, and free breakfast! Very happy. Location was nice and safe! I will be coming back "

"Wir haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben einer 24/7 Apotheke bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, Einrichtung auch gut, aber kein Fenster und extrem feucht. Es hat auch dementsprechend gerochen, wir haben nur 2 Nächte da verbracht aber unsere Kleidung war danach muffig. Die Apotheke spielt den ganzen Tag Musik, es ging um 7 Uhr in der Früh los… 2 Sterne für die Lage und für die Sauberkeit. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Wir können den Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. "
