"The resort was beautiful. There are two things that I had an issue with. The bed was not comfortable at all. There were dips in the bed, worn mattress. Second, five restaurants each day one or two were closed. Not a good idea. Limiting options for dining. Staff was friendly and drinks were good."

"everything about it was perfect pools, bar, food, staff. our room was always clean thanks to Juana G. when at the pool Ulises always made sure we had drinks or whatever was needed ! the concierge Julio was also excellent when decorating the room for a surprise and was always attentive! 10/10"

"Had a great stay at Cancun Bay Resort. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the location was perfect with beautiful ocean views. The food was good and the pool area was relaxing. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable experience—would definitely come back again!"

"El hotel estaba en construcción y había ruidos molestos todo el día, especialmente de taladros rompiendo paredes. Llegué el hotel en la noche y nadie me advirtió de esto, hasta que al día siguiente desperté con los sonidos fuertes de martillos y taladros. Cada día finalizaban a las 7 pm aprox. los trabajos. No podría recomendar este lugar"

"Muy cómodo la verdad"

"Everything seemed ok at first especially for the price the expectation wasn’t high at all. However, the second night the AC completely went out and we had to change rooms around 2 am and understandably things happen so we went with it. That second room was even less clean than the first one but again just went with it. This morning we had to check out at 5 am to catch our flight and on the way to the airport I see my husbands arm and it was completely attached by what look to be bed bug bites...
