"My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Eric, my massage therapist, who gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. His technique was exceptional, and every dollar I spent was absolutely worth it. I’d also like to commend the kitchen team. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was warm, attentive, and accommodating, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, I would rate this resort 4.5 out of 5 stars. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay, and this trip to Cancún has been a memorable and relaxing experience. I look forward to coming back!"

Cecilia was one of the hosts that first met us, had a special anniversary set up in our room without anyone even asking for it. "The resort was very nice. It does need a little upkeep in spots but overall a 4/5. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have an experience at checkout that left us feeling discriminated against, however, it was one staff member. Otherwise a definite 4/5 stay overall."

"Decided on a solo trip and was nervous. The moment I arrived all nerves went away. Someone brought my bags in from my shuttle, front desk staff was super sweet and friendly. Went to the beautiful sunset view room and it was great. Clean, some stains on the headboard and couches but besides that good! Went to the sports bar and walked out to a party at taboo. The next day had a massage. Also amazing!! Hung out by the beach and attended all the activities. I never left the resort I also loved they brought local vendors to Mexican night so I was able to still shop. The restaurants are not good. That was the only downside. Elements buffet is honestly better than the restaurants, that’s my only negative but there is good food, just not what you expect. Overall 9/10! I would stay here again!"
