"The staff was great. The food was ok. The pool was kind of dirty which we had no choice to enjoy since the seaweed was so bad on the beach. The bars were dirty. We had housekeeping come 1 day and they didn't clean our counters or mirrors. The beds were soft but the pillows were hard."

"Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well."

"1 bartender at the swim up bar when majority of the guests are there. bar tenders were rude. Bar is not 24 hours, room service does not come with liquor. The ceciling in our room started leaking. The elevator take forever like literally plan to wait 5-9 minutes for an elevator. Steakhouse food wad horrible and the waiter was not friendly. Sports bar food takes forever to come out even when there arent many guest in the establishment. Not enough music at the pool bar. they stop serving liquor...

"Its an OK place but not the best in the area. The rooftop is extrmeely expensive I want to assume is because day pass users get credit for what they pay and guest have to pay the price as well"
