"Our stay at Sunscape Resort was okay overall, but not quite worth the price. The property itself was clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our first night on the ground floor was very noisy due to hallway and elevator sounds, but the staff moved us to a higher floor the next day and it was much quieter. The food was a bit disappointing, while there are a few restaurants, we only found one decent dish at each, and overall it didn’t stand out. The resort is very family-focused, with most activities geared toward kids. It’s a good fit for families, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing experience."

"Check in was a little messy as it was first time booking an all inclusive, we had two rooms booked both were under my name as the “rules” said the cardholder must match the guest check in, well you can’t have two rooms under the same person there, so we had to get Expedia to change things delayed my friend getting into her Room by two hours but the front desk agent was amazing, I probably would have been a mess if it wasn’t for her. She made our anniversary and my friends birthday weekend fantastic! (her manager not so much). Outside of the that small inconvenience the rest of our time was amazing, beach was nice, pools were great, entertainment, food and bartenders fantastic. Chairs are slim pickings so get up early and find one by 9am there wasn’t much left. "

"Spent one night to check it out. Loved Preferred pool. Beach was very nice. Buffet was good. Guacamole fresh. Shrimp ceviche at buffet was actually good. Preferred lounge had better pastries. I don't drink so I don't care for the better alcohol. Room was clean with a view and a balchony. Bed comfy. Water never got hot was Luke cool warm. Javanese restaurant I would say 5 out of 10 not that great. Enjoyed my time there. Would defiantly go back."
