"Staff is not helpful. The resort overcharges for everything, including taking your bags to the room. The doctor at the resort charged almost 400 for "consultation" and some ibuprofen. Hard to get a reservation at the nice restaurants there.. also for premium cut there is a charge up to 200 300 USD for steak"

"Traveled with a group of 13. Adults and kids. This is probably my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. Beach was beautiful and there’s plenty of chairs. The hotel had a variety of options by the pools for a grab and go lunch. Chicken wings, hamburgers, etc. Restaurants are first come first serve, so no reservation hassle. Buffets were great. Hotel staff and waiters were super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling! Very clean resort. VERY hard working staff. Beds and linens were 10/10....
