"Staff was friendly, eager to help. Hotel is kept clean overall. Room had to be cleaned upon entry, improperly prepared but resolved immediately. Hotel had wedding event 2 nights, food service for the rest of the hotel was slow and staff not readily available."

"I stayed for 4 days. The elevators are horrible. They take forever to come and sometimes they skip floors. They say it can hold 15 people but it can’t fit more than 6-7 people. The food options were not great as well. You have to pay for a lot of upgrades."
