"Staff was friendly, eager to help. Hotel is kept clean overall. Room had to be cleaned upon entry, improperly prepared but resolved immediately. Hotel had wedding event 2 nights, food service for the rest of the hotel was slow and staff not readily available."

"Not what I expected!! Food was mediocre. No selection at all. Cafeteria food to make it more easier understand!! Pool bar was slow at serving after tipping well. Shower drain was clogged, fan made noise and couldn’t sleep with it on!! I paid for an ocean view and the room next to me I think was a storage unit or something because it smelled like paint in my room and I got a headache. I won’t ever stay there again!! Checked out early and they did honor my early checkout after calling Expedia multiple times after waiting 2 hours!! Overall my experience was not what I expected!! I would say being nice 3 out of 5 stars!! "
