"We could not believe how incredible this place was. The photos did not do it justice at all! The decor was classic and high quality—not cheap and touristy. It was great to enjoy the low-key vibe at our hotel, but shuttle to the wildest party we’ve ever been to (Jungle Party). We had the balcony jet tub room—beyond amazing. The views were gorgeous, the food was plentiful, diverse, and delicious, and the entertainment was top notch. We cannot wait to go back! "

"For the amount of money they charge at this resort, there’s plenty more that offer better service and newer ambience than this place. Since you can never rsvp a spot for one of the Resturants through their app because it’s almost always full you would eat at the buffet which literally had the same food everyday for the 4 days I was there. Another downside to this resort is they do not provide you with any BOTTLED water. You literally have to use one their used water jugs and fill it up from a filtered dispensary throughout the resort. I’m sorry, but it’s 2026, almost every resort, especially for the amount of money it costs for a stay, you’d expect to be supplied with complementary bottled water! The hotel itself is not as “chic” as it once was I guess compared to how short it’s been built. Lastly, if you’ve traveled on any carnival cruise lines you’d def like the ambiance of this resort lol. To ghetto for my liking. And no I’m not a picky traveler, I travel to Cancun an average of 4x a year and have stayed all over. "

"Beautiful white sand beach, property is older but in excellent condition, some of the newer properties would have had to choose less desirable beachfront, nice client clientele, away from the rowdyness at some of the all-inclusives."

"This was my 1st time on an all inclusive resort and I would definitely come back. The staff were amazing! The activities each night were so much fun, the amenities were better than expected, & the drinks kept flowing which was exactly what I wanted! Room service food could’ve been better but the restaurants were decent. The Asian restaurant was SO good! I would definitely come back. "

"We chose this property because we wanted to try Cancun without all inclusive and it has exceeded our expectations.It is close to shops , restaurants and beautiful beaches.The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need to cook if that applies to you.Amazing sunrise and sunsets opportunities and views of the sea.The beach is small but enough for us to enjoy.There are plenty of lounge chairs and it is all very well organised.The employees work very hard and it is obvious they care for this property.We want to mention our housekeeper Cyntia,Sergio ,Jovany and Luis from the restaurant and Rodrigo from the bell desk.We are used to more upscale properties and this definitely surprised us in the best of ways."
