"This hotel is really good. The staff is amazing, Reina at the front desk, Claudia at the coffee shop and Chef Ernesto really tried their best to make us feel appreciated. I like the food variety at the Buffet. There are 4 restaurants and tge food was good. Overall everything was great. The only things I would improve are the recreation activities and the rooms need a makeover. However everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend this hotel"

"Overall, we had a great experience at this all-inclusive resort. While the property itself feels a bit outdated compared to our personal preference, it definitely makes up for it in other ways. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front view is absolutely amazing and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. One of the biggest highlights is the prime location—you can easily walk to major stores, restaurants, and even a flea market, which made exploring very convenient. The resort offers several on-site restaurants, and we recommend making your reservations as soon as you arrive to secure your preferred dining times. The beach was beautiful, and the water was very swimmable—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this resort and would definitely consider coming back!"

"I loved most every thing about this resort. Workers are amazing, from bartenders to food servers and watching their cleaners was actually a treat!! They all worked hard and most importantly in a +ve nature. They remembered you from the 1st drink you ordered from them, amazing."

"I stayed at this resort in Cancún and had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few things to be aware of. The room itself was great — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The property also has direct beach access, which was a highlight, and a small pool area that was nice for relaxing. However, I was disappointed to find that food was not included. It was described as more of a “European-style” resort, but this wasn’t very clear beforehand. When you think of a resort in Cancún, you often expect at least some form of all-inclusive or dining options included, so this felt a bit misleading. Compared to other resorts I’ve stayed in, this one felt quite basic in terms of amenities and overall experience. While the beach and room were good, it lacked the full resort feel, particularly on the food side. Overall, a decent stay if you’re mainly looking for a clean room and beach access, but don’t expect a typical all-inclusive resort experience. ⭐ 3/5"
