They are part of the "Palace" resorts and push memberships when you arrive and throughout your stay. Memberships= Timeshare. 80% of all chairs by the pool were reserved for Platinum "members". We had a total of 6 rooms including a governors suite. I had to go down at 7 AM and put personal items on second rate chairs by the pool or nothing would be...

"Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well."

"I have to say this was a great overall trip. I really loved the resort and all the restaurants that were in the resort. Everyone was so kind and polite and helped a lot with any questions and concerns that I had. The only very small issue I had was with the AC in my room, not working efficiently, but towards the end of the trip, it actually began working so overall I really can’t complain. I really loved the experience."

"This resort doesn’t provide water bottles throughout the hotel or in your room, only refillable waters in your room. The room doesn’t give you snacks and candy like other resorts do. Some of the staff were kind and some had attitudes. The food at the buffet was 3 out of 10. Room service doesn’t have a big selection like other resorts.
