"It is an all-inclusive property. But anything not included is much more expensive than in US. I had a food poison after eating the sushi in the buffet. When I called the front desk for help I was told the on site doctor would charge 150 dollars per visit and 30 more if you want the doctor come to see you in your room. "The area is actually nice and quiet. The pool is clean, and the bar and restaurant are open daily! The room was very clean and spacious, and had a cute step-out balcony overlooking the lagoon. I flew into Cancun for dental work and luckily chose Sina Suites, which ended up being just a short walking distance from the dental office. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and most were relatively bilingual and able to communicate with me in English perfectly fine! Highly recommend this...

"We've been coming to Beachscapes on/off over the years since 2015. It has one of the most amazing beaches. The water is always calm and the only waves you experience is from the people renting jet skis and boat owners. Over the years we noticed some great changes they've made, some include a heated pool palapas with an included table for items and 2 beach chairs per palapas. There are rules for them which include no reservations by leaving items or towels on them for long hours. We will be back...

"This was an amazing stay, its like having your own private island with a 5 star pool. Its a 3-5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars but yet completely quit once you pass through the doors. Staff was great, always helpful and happy. We extended our stay it was so good. "
