"This all inclusive hotel exceeded my expectations- the food and restaurant offerings were great and everything we ordered was delicious. The property was spotless and even though the red seaweed was washing up at the beach the staff worked all day to keep it cleaned up so we could enjoy the ocean. The only negative I would say is there were not enough lounge chairs at the pools- people threw towels down before 8 am and there was nowhere to sit. It seems like there is enough space to add more...

"We absolutely enjoyed the resort and our room. We had a beautiful view and the food was a 9.0 stars. We could hear people in the hall from our room and when other room doors would close it was a little loud, but overall we plan to come back. The spa was over priced, however it was pretty and peaceful l. The spa staff were friendly and professional. The drinks were awesome."

"Customer Service was excellent, the wait staff and bartenders were some of the friendly people we have encountered during any stays in Mexico.
Our room was always cleaned and restocked within a short time frame.
The ocean view was great and the pool was beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds/gardens were beautiful.
The only downfall was the food, the speciality restaurants were not that good at all. The buffet was a great morning place to eat but you had to be careful about the food...

"A nice resort with excellent staff, you couldn't ask for more attentive accommodations. The check-in process was the most professional and organized that I've ever encountered at an all-inclusive. The service from the bars and the waitstaff was fantastic, you couldn't ask for nicer or more helpful people. The negative reviews regarding the food here are off base, we never had a bad meal at either the restaurants or the buffet. It's not to say there weren't some negative aspects to our stay but...

"This was our third time at this hotel.
The service is very nice. Our first room was a complete disaster. No towels, no TV, no phone, and most importantly, no air conditioning. After two days of complaining about the heat at night, they finally offered us another room... smaller, of course. But the air conditioning did work.
The food isn't the best, with little variety for children. Just hot dogs, quesadillas, and mac and cheese. There are few evening activities. The beach towel service was awful...

"Worst property I stayed at, the water from the shower was coming out yellow then they told me I had to wait a whole 6hrs before it changed I said I wouldn’t, they put us in another room the bathroom didn’t work or flush and the room was full of ants, the entire hotel was a lie none of what is advertised was even offered and most stuff had to be paid for even with an all inclusive. Worst experience of my life and I travel a lot."
