"Our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach was truly unforgettable. This was our 4th stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, but what made our vacation so memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Alejandro, the buffet manager/supervisor. "Overall it is a nice hotel, and connected with the mall makes it easier walking to find restaurants. It is a bit far walking to beach but walkable. We are unfortunately having a room with broken refrigerator and leaking toilet and smell really bad. Considering too much work to switch the room so we bear with it for 4 nights , i did not get any types of discounts when i told them about the issues when i checked out. This is quite disappointing."

"Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well."

"When we first arrived, we were disappointed, but it slowly grew on us. It isn't nearly as big as we assumed from the online photos, there are TONS of kids EVERYWHERE, and the property is showing its age. We upgraded to premiere level for an extra $65/night but that pool area was more full than the general pool. However, that did get us access to a less rocky section of the beach (everyone could use it, though) and access to the private area on the first floor that was quieter and easier access...
