"First and foremost the staff are absolutely superb. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hospitality we experienced here we will not forget. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was fantastic. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the barn were all fantastic. Restaurant Woven is an exceptional dining experience and one we can’t wait to enjoy again. Superb. "

"Slightly confused breakfast selection. Ordered a full English but most items available at the buffet as well. Asked for baked beans and told none available! Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Appreciated the fact that there was no extra charge for some of the goodies left in the room, use of bicycles and EV charging. Lovely setting. "

"This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab."

"Very enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland."
