"clean rooms, good location. Very noisy at night."

Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. "Small indoor pool that smelled overloaded with chlorine. A/C wasn't working and hotel sent us a box fan that was so noisy you couldn't watch tv or sleep. Construction noise was very loud and woke us up every morning by 8 o'clock clock. Room also was right over the trash bins so more noise with that. Bar was out of Chardonnay so was given an inferior white which cost us $12 per glass including tax. A little over the top with that price for not very good wine. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk.
