"I’m sorry, this place was a letdown. Our room wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after check in time. Sales people hound you the moment you step onto the property. The food in the restaurants really lacked any flavor and was even cold at times. The policy of not being able to wear a sleeveless shirt at any of the restaurants for a beach themed resort also was an unnecessary. Also, the staff was okay. At times they seemed friendly but most of the other times they were short and borderline rude....

"Es un hotel muy bueno, mi familia y yo regresamos muy satisfechos tanto el servicio como la calidad de comida y los cuartos son 100% recomendable, lo único que le podría faltar es que le den un poco más de mantenimiento por ejemplo en la alberca de club de playa ya se está descarapelando y raspa más en donde te sientas pero lo demás esta increíble. La comida aunque es poco a elegir es muy deliciosa tiene un sabor muy muy bueno, el bar es muy bueno aunque en los diferentes bares el trago es...

"The room was the best part. Very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. The only thing that seemed a bit off to me was that they seemed short staffed. The bars only had one Bartender so the lines to grab more drinks were a little long and the bartenders seemed to be overworked and overwhelmed."

"Basic accommodations, good for one night when catching a flight or when arriving late. Breakfast was basic (toast, fruit, coffee, juice, granola) but sufficient. Pool area is comfortable and hotel located not too far from the beach. Staff are friendly and bed comfortable. Some traffic noise; ear plugs were useful for me. Decent shopping venues in the area."
