Everything was great (the staff, the room, access etc)! The only issue was with communication between Expedia/Hotels.com and myself. So frustrating trying to get info (stupid chatbots that do not work), adjust booking or heaven forbid, if you need a receipt. Arrghghgh!

At the low price point, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed, the spotless cleanliness of the room and lobby, and the excellent shower heat and pressure.
