View of the fountain all evening! Need to clean the windows though and put the paintings back on the wall. It was clean and lots of pillows and blankets. Needed more coffee couldn’t find the room service

We've stayed at the Jockey Club 3 times now. The location is amazing and the staff is nice. I just feel that it needs a HUGE remodel. The rooms are small and laid out weird. Our room had 2 beds, no headboards, a tiny bathroom. The dvd player had no remote, the TVs don't hook to the Internet and the onscreen guide doesn't work so you have to guess what you are going to watch. Our room was a 11th floor penthouse with Bellagio fountains view. Well, our direct view was the Bellagio parking garage roof. The windows were dirty and you had to look to the left to see the fountains. The photos were deceptive. My take on JC is if you want to be on strip with a full kitchen and you don't care about a view or spending much time in the room, then this is for you. The location is fabulous, it's clean and the staff is top drawer. If you need a view and spend a lot of time in the room I'd recommend something else.

staff was nice, but I experienced a flashback to the times when I stayed in hotels during the Soviet Union era. This ruined the overall impression of the trip.

The room wasn’t cleaned from the beginning. The rugs in the unit didn’t match the rugs in the booking pictures. They were stained so bad they weren’t even white anymore. The shower drain was plugged so bad with hair it filled up above your ankles with water while you showered. There was dirt and dust all along the baseboards and corners of the room. The bed frame hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned in forever. There was dust, food crumbs, trash all in between the bed frame slates as well as under the bed. We supplied Stripview Suites with pictures and explanations. They said they would send house keeping to clean. We vacated the room from 10-4 allowing them time to clean everything we advised them of. Upon returning we found the only things they had done was vacuum the rugs, make the beds, and mop the floor. The areas of concern still hadn’t been addressed. When we contacted them again, they said house keeping was no longer available for the day and that we would have to wait until the next day. At this point I requested a full refund because they didn’t even complete what we had requested within the time frame they had requested for us to allow them to make it right! This play was absolutely horrible. I will be making contact with the actual owner of the time share as well to let them know how stripview suites is running their piece of property.

The room was fantastic. Recently renovated so everything was clean. Kitchen well equipped. The sofa bed was even more comfortable than a regular bed. Location was just perfect and central to everything - we stayed on level 8 with a fountain view but we couldn’t see the fountain. It overlooks the bellagio carpark and great views towards the Paris hotel and n of that. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking included underneath the cosmopolitan hotel which was very convenient.

I’m conflicted about this review. There were some very good things about this property but some very irritating & bad things.The room size was nice, we had 5 girls. The sofa beds were so so horrible, seems broken and concave in the middle, also extremely noisy. we slept on the room beds and there was a mobile cot which was great. It honestly was quite comfortable, but it had an obvious urine stain on the mattress. Very frustrating thing was there was not enough bedding there for all the beds. It was freezing the first night, and I tried multiple times to get extra blankets so we had enough for the 3 beds and it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. I called the number on the paperwork they gave at check in & each time they said the unit was “privately owned so they could not help me.” It took almost 24 hours and repeated messages to get them to write me back via the app where I booked the room. They need an easier & much quicker way to communicate, that was a very annoying issue for us. Our other major issue was it was NOT clean upon arrival. There was hair & dirt all in piles in the corners & edges of the floor, a used contact laying in the floor, food debris on the wall, just not clean. The bathroom was fine. There was ample towels which was good. The kitchen is well stocked & has nice appliances/dishes but the stove top does not work which was also very frustrating. Beds were comfy. Location is the best part so private and quite and felt safe, loved the location.

The view of the Bellagio fountain is the reason to stay at PH level strip view suites, this was a private apartment which was ill -maintained but was at least clean, there was not enough linens for all the beds provided, we never asked for extras, as it was a private apartment.

The entire hotel smelled musty and our room reeked of mold. The bathroom has visible mold spores all over the walls and ceiling. WiFi sucked and you can't connect devices only phones. The beds were wobbly and lopsided. The towels also smelled musty. The room was a nice size and the location was good. The kitchen was actually well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. the room could have been cleaner. There was a disgusting old used toilet brush in the bathroom. Staff was nice. Would not stay here again due to the beds being so uncomfortable and the mold was unbearable and my husband and I felt nauseous most of our stay.

This room has an excellent veiw of the Bellagio fountains and strip. The location is perfect for centre strip. Its close to the shops at a walkable distance, there is also a bus stop right at the end of the walk way. This room is located in the next tower up from the main jockey club building and check in. You also check in with security, not the main checkin desk. The let down for this room was the cleanliness. This room needs an in depth scrub from head to toe. There was hair on the bathroom ceiling and on the pillows when we arrived. The back of the bathroom door is thick in dust and dirt,all doors are the same,the shower tiles need bleached, as stated an in depth clean would sort this. There was also no kettle and the bedroom tv did not work. The wardrobe was locked. There is no housekeeping facilities during your stay, unless you are willing to pay a fee. The towels dont get changed, although there was enough provided. The bins dont get emptied, we took our own trash out after the 3rd day due to the smell. We also had to buy our own toilet roll as it ran out. As we got this room last minute it was for a great price. I got what i paid for. If anyone was to pay the full price for this room you will be highly disappointed by the cleanliness & housekeeping.

When we got to the room we found dirty wet towels still in the bathroom and w we’re short two sets of sheets for the sofa beds. I called and requested the sheets and I was told that housekeeping had gone home already. I said well I needed sheets and they said they’d look and see what they can do. They never brought the additional sheets. We had to pull sheets from the existing beds to try to make up the other beds and they never showed up the next day to Blanish the sheets that we needed. It was just a bad experience, especially with the dirty towels and stuff laying around it was like the room was never clean. We’ve stayed at your resort numerous times over the years and been very happy with it, but this was the most disappointing stay am may I ever stay there again. If they were short staffed to send up additional sheets, we would’ve been glad to come down to the front desk, but they never even said that and they never called back to let us know status or anything.

Great location and nicely maintained room. Check-in was a bit confusing: you are supposed to check in with the security guard instead of the front desk. We started in the wrong line at the front desk, and wasted some time because they couldn’t find our reservation. They don’t provide daily cleaning or towel changes. We requested additional towels and got an email saying that we might get charged for the delivery! Our entry card doesn’t work for parking, although dialing the call button at the garage gate worked every time. Overall, it’s a great location, with convenient walkable access to major attractions. I’d recommend it.

Room its not the best its ok need more cleaning or renovation sofa bed very old and not comfy .check in and out with security was so easy guys behind the desk so helpful. Easy parking in and out best location i will stay again but i prefer another room

Our room was had a private owner so not a hotel-like stay. Check-in was with Security who first gave me the old non working room key cards, then gave me ONLY the new cards which did NOT operate the pool or exercise areas. The Security staff was, however, great. Room offered a SPECTACULAR VIEW, but a couple of housekeeping issues: mold around bathroom sink and stove hood lite out. Close to the Cosmo casino but ATTACHED is a bit misleading; it's a bit of a hike around the Jockey clib lobby. Parking can be close but not always. As a privately owned suite, no bellman assistance. But, overall a solid B

Somehow we ended up with a privately owned condo - not a regular rental room. Simply put - we would not stay here again. The location on the strip is good. The property is old so door keys don't regularly work; WiFi is avg.. The unit we were in was dated. Beds were fine, linens clean but everything else poor. Bathrooms small, windows filthy, TVs not work quite right (2 were not plugged in). Because private condo - no housekeeping (We were there 4 nights and were given 3 pods of coffee. If we wanted more they would deliver for a fee..!) We paid a premium price (to get a kitchen and 2 bedrooms) and ended up staying at what is a below average property. We would not do it again.
