"The hotel is very comfortable, conveniently located within short 10 min walk of the U Bahn, and in a upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Service is very good. It was very busy when we visited in October, we had to wait to be seated at breakfast. They suggest „less crowded“ times, but seemed to be the same regardless. Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. We would stay there again. "

"5 min walk from Hamburg Central bus & train stations. Super clean, super freindly. Twin room was great, private bathroom a bit on small size if a big unit. Location great for getting about, but given where it is, can be a little noisy and on the rough side (had no issues but could be a bit intimidating for those not used to inner city going ons). Bar on site was great, super helpful staff, would definitely stay again "
