"The room was too cold and I could not change the temperature. The cleaning staff came in while I am in the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable."

"The experience was overall average. The room was generally clean and the location was convenient, but there were a few issues that stood out. The ironing board in my room was broken, and I left a note for the cleaning staff to make them aware of it. The front desk staff were polite enough, but they did not seem especially well trained and appeared to have limited resources available to help guests efficiently. Nothing during the stay was terrible, but nothing really stood out as exceptional either. With some improvements to maintenance and staff support, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be the minimum standard for any hotel. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made."

"no valet staff to park cars and a 25/day charge to self park/ front desk did not inform about any "extras" that might be available and more importantly what was not. such as no coffee in the morning/ instead you had to go into the bar/dining facility and pay for a cup of coffee/ did not inform that after a certain hour the front door was locked and a key card was necessary. overall ok but not great communication"
