Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"La atencion por parte de la señorita que esta en recepcion es pésima, las toallas me las dieron hasta el dia siguiente de haber ingresado al hotel hasta medio dia , y porque tuve que hacer presión, el ruido es demasiado hasta despues de las 3am apagan la música. Pedimos q si por favor era posible un cambio en la ubicacion de la habitacion ya que era imposible descansar pero la señora muy arrogante no queria brindar una solucion el servicio es pesimo, ella indica q es una zona de ruido que todo...
