"This property was amazing. Our stay was so wonderful during the week we were here that the first couple of days, we didn’t even leave the pavilions, it was just so nice to hang out in our villa. Very comfortable, well kept. The service was astounding, room service was great. We booked our travel trips through them, along with airport pickup and drop off, extremely affordable and great service. The massages right there were excellent too. If you’re thinking about going to the Sanur area of Bali,...

"We checked in late at night, found the floor are dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, we walked around the room bare feet on the dusty floor. It seemed that there were only 1 person on duty that night, he offered to mop the floor. The whole room was dirty and dusty, we were sneezing a lot. At the end of our stay, the water in the shower came out black and sandy. Ellora need to improve their service and cleanliness"

"Great breakfast, if your happy for a little walk to beach front then it’s great value"

"100% worth the money!!!!!"

"Lovely staff, no food on premises have to walk about 200meters to breakfast down to the beach. Lovely pool and seating area. Have to use stairs to go upstairs to the sun lounges . There are sun lounges under cover as well. Rooms lovely and spacious with lovely art work on the walls. Close to everything ."

"Very bad for visibility of the water in swimming pool, no hanger for cloth in the room, bath room, toilet"

"Super schönes Hotel , das Personal immer freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden mehr als erfüllt. War sicher nicht das letzte Mal"

Things broke, for example, my Door came off its runners the second night and the TV didn’t work, but the staff for eager to come and fix it as soon as they could. You...

"The staff were amazing, the location is perfect. So central to everything in Sanur. I would highly recommend these villas. Quite but yet so close to everything you need for a perfect balanced experience in Bali."

"This was a perfect place to spend the night for a ferry ride to Nusa Penida. I highly recommend it. Walking distance to ferry terminal, even with luggage. The breakfast was delicious. Beautiful grounds, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed- we have no complaints."

"The swimming pool was dirty "
