"The staff was a little standoffish, otherwise, they were nice. We couldn't figure out how to turn off some of the lights in the room, which was weird. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more amenities. There was no concierge or pool, for how Americanized the hotel seemed. The walk to the bus stop could be a little more pleasant with some additional shade, directions or crosswalks."
