"We had a mountain view room on the 28th floor which would have been great if there wasn’t construction going on right above our room the entire week we were there. It started at 6:30am and went on past 10pm daily. When I said something to the guy at the front desk, he just shrugged his shoulders to me and said to call down to the desk, which we had done and it still continued. He obviously didn’t care! Very poor customer service!"

"Love the kitchenette and pool. Also amazing views of ocean, Diamondhead and the canal from the large lanai. Super awesome location as well. One of my favorite places to stay. I am a frequent local traveler. Its an older property but that doesn't bother me."

"Communication beforehand was wonderful. Honestly their best assest is their people, they were so welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Location is good. "
