Told to put towels in the hallway outside the room and come to the desk for new towel and wash cloth Told nothing about trash removal for the room They were polite just not informed about no housekeeping until the second day of my check in Had I known that I would not have stayed there. I did not pay for Full service in order No to receive full service Half of my hotel fee should be Refunded.
