"Main elevator was out of service after day 1 out of a week for us. We put Do Not Disturb on our door and cleaning staff still knocked on Day 2 followed by a call inquiring if they could still come and clean. On day of check out, we had until 12pm before checking out but had an unscheduled wake up call at 8am. Was not happy with this since we stayed out until 4am and we did not request this. Front desk staff apologized and said someone had put request in but we did not!"

"This was our second stay at the Citizen M Paris Opera. We found the hotel to be just as good as the first time round. If you know what to expect from the Citizen M brand, this is a great example.

"Favorite hotel from a 26 day Euro trip - I had a solo room on the very top floor and could see both the tip of the Eiffel tower and Sacre Ceour. Room was clean and big enough for one person, bathroom was spacious, and the AC worked even tho I was a top floor room and it was 100F outside."

"Bed bugs! Everything was fine, the location was great. The room was so so so small but we didn’t mind! Until I started getting destroyed by bed bugs! I woke up with at least 20 huge welts on my body from the bites. And found a bug in our bed. I had the staff change the sheets but other than that, they didn’t seem to really care. The best part was definitely the location of the hotel."

"A lovely small hotel in a very central location. Easily accessible to most of the attractions by walking and the metro was just down the block. I found the area a bit too busy and noisy at times and it certainly didint offer that parisian charm. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a three night stay. The air conditioning worked really well and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked great and the Rituals soap were a nice touch.
