"So bad! Front door handle was loose, bathroom sink was wobbly and not secure to wall, water in that sink had no water pressure and the worse was that the room flooded in the middle of the night. Had to pull out towels to soak up the huge puddle. Request a refund so now I have to see if I will get refund since I needed to find a more appropriate place to stay"

"I had to ask daily for an extra bath towel; no fridge in the room but one was left outside our door upon request. We appreciated the free bottles of water each day. The sound of the elevators approaching our floor could be heard from our room. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant attached to the hotel has a very small menu and only Chinese food. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was closed all week and apparently not a part of the hotel, although you can access it from the 2nd floor....
